Job Description:

Work under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
and or licensed Therapist Assistant.
* High school graduate or equivalent required.
* Satisfactory completion of Rehab Services orientation. CPR (BLS)
within 3 months in position.
* Maintain age specific and non age specific competencies.
