The RN - Detox (Nights) provides direct patient care using the nursing process while adhering to the necessary standards of practice. This role requires an active RN license and strong critical thinking skills to manage high-pressure situations effectively. An RN in this position must also be certified in Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire.
Description:
Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.Qualifications:
Minimum Education
Active Tennessee RN license or Compact State RN license with the intent to obtain a Tennessee RN license within 30 days of hire.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.
