We Are Hiring:Sign-on bonus: Up to $15,000Department: OrthoSchedule: Night Shift, 7p.m to 7a.m, Every 4th WeekendHospital: St. Vincent's BirminghamLocation: Birmingham, AL5 South is a 30 bed unit specializing in patients undergoing orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures. The hospital is the leading joint replacement procedures utilizing the cutting edge of joint replacement and neurosurgery technology. This fast-paced unit specializes in quick turnaround following surgery, with our dedicated staff and physicians.Open to New grads and we offer free parking to all associates!What You Will Do:Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.What You Will Need:Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
