The Healthcare Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving
quality improvement, risk adjustment, and plan performance
initiatives. This position focuses on monitoring and reporting key
performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement,
conducting barrier analyses, and collaborating with business units
to implement and evaluate strategies. The Healthcare Business
Analyst ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and
contributes to maintaining the integrity of organizational policies
and procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in enterprise-wide discussions and
develop work plans to achieve organizational goals.
Utilize quality management processes to monitor, analyze, and
report on key quality and risk indicators.
Build and maintain professional relationships with both internal
and external stakeholders.
Design and distribute dashboards within specified timelines to
communicate insights effectively.
Educate and collaborate on quality, risk, and regulatory
requirements with relevant teams.
Research industry standards and integrate best practices into
projects.
Engage in quality, risk, and performance workgroups to support
program objectives.
Provide regular updates and ensure visibility on projects,
including progress and outcomes.
Collaborate with business partners to identify challenges, develop
interventions, and monitor the impact.
Manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines with
efficiency and organization.
QualificationsExperience:Minimum of 3 years in healthcare, quality
improvement, project management, or data analysis.
Strong organizational and analytical skills to independently
evaluate and improve Key Quality Indicators (KQIs).
Proven ability to handle complex projects, set objectives, and
create actionable work plans.
Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
Decision-making experience with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in presenting data to support proposals or strategic
decisions.
Technical Proficiency:Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint.
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range- $90-100K/year range Benefits: Innova Solutions offers
