Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CTO to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for our technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee all technology-related activities, ensuring innovation and excellence throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technology team, providing strategic guidance and mentorship
  
• Develop and implement technology strategies, goals, and objectives
  
• Oversee the development and integration of advanced technologies in defense systems
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  
• Conduct technology assessments and drive innovation
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance technology processes
  
• Manage technology budgets, resources, and schedules
  
• Represent the company in technical discussions with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  
  Base Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • B.S. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
    
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in technology, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
    
  • Strong understanding of technology principles and practices
    
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
    
    Other Qualifications Required:
    
    • 
      
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
      
    • U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the projects
