Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote AR Management Specialist
responsible for managing the complete life cycle of patient
accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage billing processes, including pre-bill edits and claim
submissions for accuracy and compliance
Resolve billing-related denials, identify trends, and initiate
appeals as necessary
Collaborate with multiple departments to obtain information and
ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts receivable
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalency
At least 3 years of electronic billing or billing editing
experience in a hospital or physician office setting
Knowledge of HCPCS, CPT-4, and ICD9-10 coding
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Familiarity with multiple payer requirements and regulations for
claims processing
