Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Compliance to lead
a team of compliance professionals and manage regulatory
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team responsible for regulatory change management,
licensing, and compliance projects
Collaborate with business and legal teams to draft
compliance-related documents and assess legislation impact
Develop relationships with business leaders and ensure effective
communication processes are in place
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in group
health insurance or ERISA regulations
At least 5 years of team leadership experience, including coaching
and mentoring staff
In-depth understanding of the insurance regulatory environment
Significant knowledge of compliance gaps and solutions
Experience in drafting group policy/plan document provisions
