• Relocation Provided:Position Description:Responsible for coordinating the financial activities for the University of Alabama Health Services Foundation (HSF) and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results. Works with the CFO to oversee the planning, organizing, staffing, and directing of the accounting processes for UAHSF, as well as assisting with the management of the annual budgeting process. Oversees Financial Information Systems structures changes and staff to facilitate system changes and improvements.Position Requirements:Position requires a Bachelor's degree in an accounting-related field and ten years' experience in a high-level financial management capacity in a similar facility. A Master's degree and experience with the Lawson accounting system is preferred.Currently licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) is required.UA Health Services Foundation (UAHSF) is proud to be an AA/EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled employer.
