Perform facility-related revenue accounting activities within prescribed time schedules and guidelines.
Conduct and summarize revenue and accounts receivable variance analysis.
Field and assess ad-hoc requests, producing clear and concise reports for stakeholders.
Leverage subject matter expertise to provide guidance and instruction to key stakeholders through the development, implementation, and maintenance of operational reports and dashboards.
Mentor revenue analyst(s), developing the knowledge base within the team and serving as a revenue specialist in the identification and resolution of facility-related and/or enterprise revenue accounting issues and questions.
Assist management with the design and operation of revenue controls.
Partner with key stakeholders to meet strategic company objectives.
Assess, develop, and document solutions to complex problems by applying acute business knowledge, skills, and experience.
Summarize and communicate proposed solutions with appropriate audiences, tailored to their understanding, level, or experience.
Leverage process and international teams to drive quality and scalability within Revenue Integrity.

We are actively speaking with candidates that have a minimum of:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting required.
5+ years of experience in corporate accounting or finance required; healthcare experience preferred.
Proficient in:, Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with PeopleSoft and Tableau preferred.
Working knowledge of patient accounting systems and revenue cycle processes preferred
